Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

   1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.
   1.2. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
   1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

   2.1. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
   2.2. We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
   2.3. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (unless COD is available).
   2.4. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   3.1. Accessories, Kits, & Supplies: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
   3.2. Live Birds, Small Animals & Exotic Pets (Only in the Northeast Region): Orders require 3-5 business days for processing due to health checks and quarantine procedures.
   3.3. Aquarium Fish (If applicable): Shipped only on select days to ensure proper quarantine and care.
   3.4. Home delivery and pickup options are available based on location and transportation feasibility.
   3.5. Shipping charges are calculated based on location and order weight.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

   4.1. Live animals, birds, and fish are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive dead on arrival (DOA).
   4.2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims: Must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos. Valid claims will be eligible for refunds or replacements, excluding shipping fees.
   4.3. Accessories & Pet Supplies: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection.
   4.4. Order Cancellations: Allowed only before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Customer Responsibilities

   5.1. Customers must ensure a suitable environment for live animals, birds, or fish before purchasing.
   5.2. Proper care and acclimatization are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
   5.3. Customers must collect live animals promptly upon arrival if pickup is required.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

   6.1. All content on our website (logos, text, images) is owned by Bio Oasis and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
   6.2. Any unauthorized use of our brand name, product images, or descriptions is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

   7.1. Bio Oasis is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages caused by improper handling or care of live animals and fish.
   7.2. We do not provide veterinary guarantees for live animals beyond the initial health check.
   7.3. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

   8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   8.2. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

   9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
   9.2. Any disputes shall be settled through mutual discussions first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Guwahati, Assam.
