The availability and delivery of live birds, small animals, and exotic pets are subject to local laws, transportation feasibility, and regulatory compliance. We do not guarantee delivery to all locations and reserve the right to cancel or modify orders based on logistics and legal restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with local pet ownership laws. Bio Oasis is not liable for any delays, losses, or restrictions imposed by transport services or authorities.

Shipping Policy - the basics

At BIO OASIS, we strive to deliver high-quality aquarium products, pet accessories, and live animals safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Availability

  • Aquarium Accessories, Kits, and Pet Supplies – Available for nationwide shipping across India.

  • Live Birds, Small Animals & Exotic Pets – Available in Assam and the Northeast with local pickup or delivery. Pan-India delivery is subject to transportation availability and applicable regulations.

  • Aquarium Setup & Cleaning Services – Available only in Assam as an in-person service.

Shipping Schedule & Processing Times

Aquarium Accessories, Kits, and Pet Supplies (Nationwide Delivery)

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and national/regional holidays).

  • Home delivery is available across India for all pet accessories and aquarium products.

Live Birds, Small Animals & Exotic Pets (Available in the Northeast Region)

  • Orders for live animals are processed within 3-5 business days, subject to availability and health checks.

  • Delivery is available across the Northeast region, while nationwide delivery depends on transportation feasibility.

  • Customers will be informed about the pickup/delivery schedule in advance.

Aquarium Setup & Cleaning Services (Only in Assam)

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

  • Customers will be contacted within 24 hours of booking to confirm the date and time.

Live Animal & Fish Shipping Policy

  • Live birds, small animals, and exotic pets are available only in Assam and the Northeast region. Shipping outside this region is not available.

  • Customers can opt for home delivery (if available) or choose pickup from our location.

  • For aquarium fish (if applicable), shipping is scheduled only on select days to allow for proper quarantine and health checks before delivery.

  • Orders containing live animals may require additional preparation time to ensure their well-being.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

  • FREE shipping is available for orders above ₹5499 (for aquarium accessories, kits, and pet supplies only).

  • Shipping rates for live animals and special orders will be communicated at the time of purchase, based on location and delivery method.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Live Animal Health Check: We ensure that all live animals are healthy before delivery. If any issues arise, we will notify the customer before dispatch.

  • Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email/SMS once their order is processed and shipped.
