Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Live Animals & Fish

We take extreme care while shipping live Pets. We ensure that the pets are healthy before transit.

Any claims regarding DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos of the unopened package showing the deceased animal/fish.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for DOA. Instead, an adjustment will be provided in the customer’s next order in terms of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Aquarium Plants & Accessories

Any damage to aquarium plants or accessories must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit (depending on availability).

No refunds for plants damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

We are liable only for products directly provided under the Bio Oasis brand. Any outsourced products that are not part of the Bio Oasis brand are the sole responsibility of their respective companies.
3. Cancellations & Returns

Orders containing live fish, birds, or animals cannot be canceled once dispatched.

Non-live products can be canceled before shipment, but once shipped, they are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
